Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order will be dispatched. It is even possible for your order to be shipped on the very same day if it only includes products with immediate delivery and it has been paid before midday.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery time estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Taxes charged on shipping rates are included in the shipping price shown at checkout. The shipping time will depend on the selected shipping company and the country of destination. Bear in mind that the indicated shipping times are approximate and refers to business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Epacktime.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within estimate shipping days (displayed at checkout) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at epacktime@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

* Please note that we cannot offer free returns. Refunds include only the amount paid for the products and do not include refunding duties, taxes and fees (if any); this will need to be reclaimed from your local customs office.
 * Please note that if you pay for a delivery service, we will not refund the delivery cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, you have 48 hours from receipt of the items to report possible incidents via emailing us at epacktime@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page. Failure to do it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected. Proof like pictures and videos of the item's condition and your order number are necessary to be attached in the email for processing your report. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
