1) How long is the guarantee period?
Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. All items are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery.
2) How long does epacktime need to prepare and ship my order?
All stock available products are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). It is even possible for your order to be shipped on the very same day if it only includes products with immediate delivery and it has been paid before midday.
3) Shipping time:
The shipping time will depend on the selected shipping company and the country of destination. Bear in mind that the indicated shipping times are approximate and refers to business days, excluding weekends and official holidays. Also, note that shipping times does not include the order processing times.
4) Where is my order?
1. Track your order:
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

- You can click the "Track Order" button at the bottom of the page and follow your parcel.
2. Check the estimated delivery date:
You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email. Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To see the progress of your order, click on the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
3. I'm still waiting for my order:
Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) - our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
